What:

Techital, Inc. was contracted to relocate a 50 station phone system for a medical company from their main headquarters to their new location. However, the medical company was taking partial occupancy of the new location 2 months prior to fully closing their existing location. Techital were asked to facilitate the move with an emphasis on ensuring that phones would be functional throughout the move.

In addition Techital was also asked to provide telephone service at the new location linked back to the main phone system at the medical company's existing location. Adding to the overall complexity of the project the medical company also has a satellite location in Texas which already had a phone system linked by Voice-over-IP (VoIP) back to their main system, this could not be interrupted despite the move.
